• All products are procured from authorized channel partners, suppliers, traders, and retailers, and resold to solar EPC companies.
• Solkart acts only as a supply and logistics platform, not as a manufacturer.
• We do not guarantee product performance, quality, or warranty. All such responsibilities lie with the original manufacturer or supplier.
• Delivery timelines (2-hour or next-day) are best-effort services and may vary due to operational or external factors.
• By placing an order, the buyer agrees to all policies including no return/refund after dispatch.
• Solkart.in and BOOKMYSOLAR Private Limited are not responsible for:
  • Product quality issues
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Performance or functionality issues
  • Warranty claims
• Buyers must directly coordinate with manufacturers/brands for such concerns.
• Since we use third-party logistics providers:
  • We are not liable for damage, theft, or loss during transit.
• Insurance:
  • We may facilitate third-party insurance services, but:
    • We do not guarantee claim approval
    • We are not responsible for claim settlement
